Professional Conduct at a Wenatex Seminar
Wenatex Sales Consultants must conduct their activities professionally, with integrity, respect, and honesty.
Our Sales Consultants are trained to present researched factual information provided in our brochure as well as in our approved training materials. Under no circumstances is any representative permitted to use unauthorized sales materials not provided and approved by Wenatex. Personal anecdotes and stories may be used in a presentation, however it is incumbent on our Sales Consultants to ensure all stories are true and valid.
Our Sales Consultants are also required to meet a set of personal presentation and grooming standards as outlined in their training.
Equality
Wenatex Sales Consultants must strive to be fair and objective in their actions, and never be influenced by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age or personal disability.
Ethics
All business dealings must be done honestly and with integrity and we expect our customers and suppliers to do the same. Our sales training, imparted through our intensive 2 week program, considers a range of moral & ethical issues in relation to our sales methodology to ensure all customers are fairly treated and not unreasonably pressured into making a buying decision. Our “Lowest Price on the Night” Seminar Policy has been designed to motivate customers to make that important decision to improve their health via a superior sleep environment as soon as possible, instead of putting it off, or never making the decision.
Confidentiality
Wenatex is committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all our dealings with potential, current and past clients. We do not provide or sell any commercially confidential customer data to any third parties whatsoever. Wenatex purchases Name, Address and Telephone data from one of Australia’s largest data providers based in Sydney, Australia.
Marketing Collateral
Due to the costs associated with the production of our Marketing Collateral, Wenatex will only give out Brochures and Sales Order Forms to guests who:
- Clearly indicate they would like more time to consider their purchase;
- Clearly indicate they would like to pass the information on to another potentially interested friend or family member.
